Restaurant Email Generator

Pick a situation, add your restaurant name, and get a complete email — subject line included — that you can copy and send this week. No account, no trial, no upsell. If you would rather read the templates yourself, they are all here too.

Step one — what are you emailing about?

Step two — your details

Your details stay in your browser. Nothing is sent to us and we cannot see it.

Step three — copy and send

Option 1 Subject

A slice on us, [First Name] 🎂

Hi [First Name], Your birthday is coming up on [date], and we'd like to put a dessert on the table for you. No minimum, no code to remember — just tell your server it's your birthday week. Book a table: [link] — [Restaurant Name], [neighborhood]
Option 2 Subject

Table for [First Name]'s birthday?

Hi [First Name], Birthday dinners are the ones people remember, and we'd like to host yours. Book any evening during your birthday week and we'll hold a window table and start you with a glass of something on the house. Pick a night: [link] Party of 6 or more? Reply to this email and we'll arrange the room.
Option 3 Subject

Your birthday month just got better

Hi [First Name], As one of our regulars, your birthday month comes with double points on every visit and a complimentary [signature dish] with any main. Valid through [end of month], dine-in only. Reserve: [link]

When to send it

Timing Best for Watch out
5–7 days ahead (recommended) Gives the guest room to actually book. Don't wait until the day — the good tables are gone.
On the day Only "come in today" offers. Needs a direct reservation link, or it does nothing.
All birthday month The highest redemption rate. Needs an expiry date, or it never gets used.

The offer that works

A free dessert, a glass of something, a no-fee reservation, or double points for the birthday month — all low-cost and verifiable at the table. Do not send a discount code: it eats margin and retrains regulars to wait for coupons.

Or just read the templates

If you would rather not click through a tool, every template is written out in full, with the timing and the offer that makes each one work:

And if you are still choosing a tool: eight platforms compared on where your guest list comes from.

Questions we actually get

Is this really free?

Yes. There is no account, no trial that expires, and no upgrade prompt. We do not sell the emails you generate, and we do not put anything in them.

Does the generator use AI?

No. It assembles templates that were written and edited by hand, which is why the output is a complete email rather than a paragraph of suggestions. A tool that invents a subject line for you will eventually invent a bad one.

Can I use the output commercially?

Yes. Use it for your own restaurant’s emails, change it however you like, no attribution required.

How many templates are there?

Five situations, three emails each, and five subject lines per situation. We add more as we write them.

Will the email actually get delivered?

The generator has nothing to do with delivery. What decides that is your sending domain’s SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, and how clean your list is. See which platform to use on our software comparison page.
